1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Unlisted Edge platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Nature of Services

  • Unlisted Edge facilitates the buying and selling of unlisted shares between interested parties.
  • We act as a transaction facilitator, not as an investment advisor, portfolio manager, or broker-dealer unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be legally competent to contract under Indian law
  • Complete mandatory KYC requirements
  • Hold a valid DEMAT account

Unlisted Edge reserves the right to deny access or services at its discretion.

4. No Investment Advice

  • Information provided on the platform is for general informational purposes only.
  • Unlisted Edge does not provide investment advice, guaranteed returns, or recommendations.
  • Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

5. Pricing & Fees

  • All pricing and applicable service fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.
  • Unlisted Edge does not engage in hidden commissions or undisclosed markups.
  • Fees, once accepted and paid, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Transaction Execution

  • Transactions are executed based on mutual confirmation from buyers and sellers.
  • Share transfers are made directly to the client’s registered DEMAT account.
  • Settlement timelines are indicative and subject to regulatory and operational factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unlisted Edge shall not be liable for:

  • Market fluctuations or valuation changes
  • Delays caused by depositories, banks, or regulatory bodies
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, regulatory requirements, or misuse of the platform.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts located in India.
